International Day of Zero Tolerance to FGM: Launch of the Global Youth Consortium against FGM

Description

On 8 February 2022, the Joint Programme launched the Global Youth Consortium Against FGM, a youth movement consisting of 700+ young people from more than 45 countries. The Consortium aims to empower young people to end FGM in their communities. The launch was a part of commemorations for the International Day of Zero Tolerance to FGM.
